The election of Democrat Joe Biden to the presidency of the United States could have positive consequences for the Russian market. This opinion was expressed by analysts at Bank of America , RBC reports . According to experts, a reset of relations between Russia and the United States is hardly possible, but some form of normalization of relations may become an important market driver in 2021. Bank of America noted that the new administration will make Washington's foreign policy more flexible and predictable. It is this stabilization of political bilateral relations that is in itself a positive development for the market, analysts say. A possible extension of the START-3 nuclear arms limitation agreement, which expires in February this year, may also have a positive impact.
