Former US Secretary Henry Kissinger advised President-elect Joe Biden to quickly restore with China

Kissinger on the sidelines of Bloomberg's New Economic Forum that Unless there is some basis for joint action, the world will fall into a catastrophe equivalent to World War I. Today's modern military technology makes the crisis more difficult to control than it was in the past. The US and China are increasingly approaching the risk of confrontation.
