Russia invades Turkey-backed Syrian rebel zone

The Syrian Human Rights Observatory (SOHR) reported that the Russian military was conducting air strikes in the Jabal Duvayli region. In the province of Idlib Northwest Syria last monday its target is a stronghold of the Feylach Ab-Sham, a Turkish-backed anti-Damascus force. Initially, at least 78 people were killed and more than 90 injured.
