Rubin Ritter, co-director of the German online fashion store Zalando, will resign next year. He will give a chance for his wife space to pursue her career. He has been the head of the company since 2010, now he will focus on his family. His contract wont expire until 2023. The company announced this on Sunday in Berlin. Ritter in Zaland is responsible for strategy and management communication. Shortly after its founding in 2008, the company became Europe's largest fashion retailer. Its services are currently used by 35 million active customers in 17 countries, including the Czech Republic.

There are currently no women in Zalanda's top management. According to the German media, Ritter's wife is working as a judge.
